Returns & Refunds Policy

At Calaverita Creations, all cookie cutters and physical products are made to order. Because of the custom nature of our items, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been produced.

Order Changes or Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it. Once an order has entered production or has been printed, changes and cancellations are no longer possible.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we are happy to make it right.

Please email us at support@calaveritacreations.com within 30 days of delivery and include:

  • A clear photo of the damaged item

  • Your order number

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost. Replacement timing may vary based on production schedules.

Shipping Issues

Shipping carriers are responsible for delays, damage, or loss that occurs during transit. While Calaverita Creations is not responsible for carrier-related issues, we are happy to assist customers in filing an insurance claim with the shipping provider when applicable.

Final Sale Items

All digital products, downloadable files, and clearance or promotional items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds.
